We understand that flight training is expensive, stressful and can be confusing to navigate. Whilst also enjoyable and rewarding, it is likely you will experience setbacks and difficulties at various stages of your training. Whether you choose to just start with your PPL, are determined to progress through a modular route, or take the plunge with an integrated course, having a mentor to guide you through the journey will make the experience smoother, less stressful and ensure you achieve your potential.
Expert Guidance

Whilst giving you support and guidance during your training is an important element of what we provide, your mentor will specifically focus on giving you the skills and competencies that are required of a commercial pilot from the early stages of your training. Your mentor will be a highly experienced current airline pilot with a major UK carrier, with years of training and expertise to pass onto you. We aim to instil in you the qualities that will help you develop into a highly professional commercial pilot of the future.
Structured Mentoring

The conduit for the passing of this knowledge and expertise, and the structure by which your dedicated mentor will support and guide you through your training, will be a package of sessions of contact time between you and your mentor. These structured mentoring plans are devised to cater for all levels of experience, budgets and routes through training.
Tailored To You
​
Each plan consists of one-to-one sessions with your mentor with additional sessions to help you prepare for the various exams and tests you will take. Whilst you will purchase a set plan, we will work with you to tailor your plan to your needs and requirements, meaning you will get a bespoke and unique experience that is targeted to your strengths and weaknesses.
