FAQs
How will the mentoring sessions be conducted?

We know that you will get the most out of your training if you have a strong relationship with your mentor, but also that flexibility and ease of communication is important. The majority of the mentoring sessions will be conducted via video call, but one-on-one sessions will also be planned periodically throughout your training. We also aim to give our specialist courses in-person to maximise their benefit, depending on trainee location and schedule.

Will I have lots of different mentors throughout my training?

No - our aim is that you will have one mentor for the duration of your plan. We aim to partner you with a mentor that is best suited to your future goals and aspirations, including, for instance, which airline or aircraft type you want to fly.
Can I change plans during my training?

Yes - flexibility is one of our main drivers. We will work with you to develop a mentoring plan that suits you and your training needs. Changing plans, or adding additional sessions or courses, is easy to do and will be based on a pro-rata hourly session cost which we will discuss with you in person.

Do you offer payment plans?

We appreciate the cost of the mentoring packages might be difficult to justify on top of your training costs, and so are happy to offer various payment plans. We can discuss the best solution for you on first contact.

I'm not sure which plan is right for me, and don't want to commit without more information. Can you help?

Each plan starts with a complimentary introductory session with your mentor, where you will discuss your training route, your goals and aspirations, and what you want to get out of your journey with your mentor. If you're interested in the idea of being mentored and what we can offer but are unsure whether it's for you, we can have this session prior to you purchasing a plan.
