Fly With Flair is the UK's only dedicated aviation mentoring company, offering in-depth support, training and mentorship to aspiring commercial pilots. We exist to give the professional pilots of tomorrow the skills, knowledge and competencies they need from the outset of their training. We provide support, training and mentorship to student pilots that supplement their formal flight training, and focus specifically on trainees who want to progress to becoming commercial pilots.
What We Do
Mentoring

Our primary offering; tailor-made packages of one-to-one mentoring sessions with a dedicated, personal mentor. Our packages are designed to enhance your flight training and ensure your progress through flight school is smooth, quick and stress-free. We will give you the competencies to demonstrate your readiness for the commercial aviation industry and develop these from the early stages of your training.
Supplementary flight and simulator training

Our mentors hold commercial airliner Type Ratings as well as general aviation Flight Instructor ratings. We therefore offer additional flight and simulator training, with a highly skilled and experienced current commercial pilot, to supplement your existing training or help you get through any upcoming airline assessments or Type Ratings.
Airline Interview & Assessment Preparation

Securing your first job with an airline or operator is a tough undertaking. Competition for jobs is fierce and expectations from airlines is high. We understand what it takes to impress and will help you prepare. The competencies you will develop under our mentorship will show airlines that you are ready to take up a seat on their flight deck.

Our plans cover all stages and types of flight training, from the first hours in the air at the PPL stage, through your CPL/ATPL training and even into the first months of your first commercial pilot role. The plans are specifically designed to cover both modular and integrated routes, and are tailor-made to your requirements and experience level.

With a core service of one-on-one sessions with your dedicated mentor, you will have access to and guidance from a current, highly professional and successful commercial pilot. We will mentor you through your formal training and provide additional knowledge and skills to mould you into a professional pilot from the early stages of your training.
